Preparation

    Wash the broken wheat and lentils under running water until the water runs clear. Soak them in water for 30 minutes, then drain.

    Heat ghee in a large pot over medium heat. Add the cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, and cloves. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
