Preparation

1.Preheat the grill to medium heat.

2.In a large frying pan, cook the bacon rashers until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3.In the same pan, cook the sausages until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

4.In a separate pan, fry the black and white pudding slices until crispy on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.

5.In the same pan, fry the tomatoes and mushrooms until slightly softened and golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.

6.Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

7.In a clean frying pan, melt a knob of butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your desired doneness.

8.Arrange the cooked bacon rashers, sausages, black and white pudding, tomatoes, mushrooms, eggs, and toast on a plate.

9.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
