2.In a large frying pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3.In the same pan, cook the sausages until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

4.In a separate pan, fry the black and white pudding until crispy on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.

5.In the same pan, cook the tomatoes and mushrooms until softened. Remove from the pan and set aside.

6.In a clean pan, fry the eggs to your preference.

7.Meanwhile, toast the soda bread slices in the preheated oven until golden brown.

8.Arrange all the cooked ingredients on a plate and serve hot.
