Ingredients
In this Finnish adaptation of the Ulster Fry, we have made a few changes to suit the Finnish cuisine. Instead of using traditional Irish bacon, we have replaced it with Finnish-style bacon, which has a slightly different flavor profile. Additionally, we have incorporated Finnish sausages, which have a unique blend of spices. The mushrooms and tomatoes remain the same, as they are commonly used in Finnish breakfast dishes. Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.

3.In a large frying pan, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

4.In the same pan, add a knob of butter and fry the eggs to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
