Ingredients
In this Finnish adaptation of the Ulster Fry, we have made a few changes to suit the Finnish cuisine. Instead of using traditional Irish bacon, we have replaced it with Finnish-style bacon, which has a slightly different flavor profile. Additionally, we have incorporated Finnish sausages, which have a unique blend of spices. The mushrooms and tomatoes remain the same, as they are commonly used in Finnish breakfast dishes. Finally, we have substituted the traditional Irish soda bread with hearty rye bread, which is a staple in Finnish cuisine. We alse have the original recipe for Ulster Fry, so you can check it out.

- Mushrooms — Use fresh button mushrooms for a delicate and earthy taste.
- Tomatoes — Choose ripe tomatoes for a burst of freshness.
Tips & Tricks
- For a healthier version, you can grill or bake the sausages instead of frying them.
