1.In a saucepan, heat 2 cups (473ml) of fruit juice over medium heat until it begins to simmer.

2.In a separate bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over the remaining 2 cups (473ml) of cold fruit juice and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

3.Add the bloomed gelatin mixture to the simmering fruit juice and stir until completely dissolved.

4.Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.
