Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a large bowl, combine sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, flour, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.

3.Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

4.Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the baking dish. Pour half of the sour cream mixture over the potatoes, spreading it evenly.

5.Repeat the layering process with the remaining potatoes and sour cream mixture.

6.In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.

7.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
