The traditional Ukrainian dish is transformed by using Banjar spices such as turmeric, coriander, and cumin, which infuse the beef rolls with a rich and aromatic taste. Additionally, the stuffing is enhanced with Banjar ingredients like coconut, lemongrass, and tamarind, adding a tangy and tropical twist to the dish. 1.In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until golden brown.

2.Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and chili powder to the pan. Stir well to combine the spices with the onions and garlic.

3.Add the grated coconut, chopped lemongrass, and tamarind paste to the pan. Mix everything together and cook for another 2 minutes.

4.Remove the pan from heat and let the stuffing mixture cool down.

5.Lay out the thinly sliced beef and place a spoonful of the stuffing mixture on each slice.

6.Roll up the beef slices tightly, securing them with toothpicks if needed.

7.Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef rolls for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
