1.In a saucepan, combine the kuzuko, granulated sugar, and water. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.

2.Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and becomes translucent.

3.In a separate bowl, whisk together the matcha powder, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

4.Slowly pour the matcha mixture into the saucepan with the kuzuko mixture, stirring continuously.

5.Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the matcha syrup thickens slightly.

6.Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
