1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.

3.Add the sliced radicchio to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4.In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

5.Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring there are no lumps. Cook the sauce until thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in half of the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.

6.In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the bechamel sauce. Place three lasagne sheets on top, followed by a layer of the sautéed radicchio. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of bechamel sauce on top.
