1.In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are softened and fragrant.

2.Stir in the allspice, dried thyme, and minced Scotch bonnet pepper. Cook for an additional minute to release the flavors.

3.Add the coconut milk and fish or seafood broth to the pot. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

4.Gently add the shrimp, fish chunks, and crab meat to the pot. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and opaque.
