Ingredients

The filling is also modified to incorporate Iraqi flavors, such as aromatic spices like cumin, coriander, and turmeric. Additionally, we introduce ingredients like lamb or beef, which are commonly used in Iraqi cuisine, instead of the traditional pork found in Nacatamal. Preparation

    Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.

    In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
