1.In a small bowl, dissolve the matcha powder in 50ml (1.7 fl oz) of water to create a smooth paste.

2.In a saucepan, combine the remaining water, agar-agar powder, and sugar. Stir well to dissolve the agar-agar and sugar.

3.Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

4.Add the sweetened red bean paste and matcha paste to the saucepan. Stir well until everything is thoroughly combined.

5.Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the mixture into a square or rectangular mold.
