Treat your ingredients with care...
- Ramen noodles — Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, but make sure to slightly undercook them as they will continue to cook in the hot broth.
- Soft-boiled eggs — To achieve the perfect soft-boiled eggs, bring a pot of water to a boil, gently lower the eggs into the boiling water, and cook for exactly 6 minutes. Then, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
Tips & Tricks
- For a spicier kick, add a dollop of chili oil or chili paste to the broth.
- Customize your toppings by adding sliced mushrooms, corn kernels, or bean sprouts.
- If you prefer a lighter broth, you can strain the broth before serving to remove any solids.
- To save time, you can use store-bought chicken or vegetable stock instead of making your own.
- Leftover broth can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and used for future ramen cravings.
Serving advice
