1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, salt, thyme, and rosemary.

2.In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and warm water until well combined.

3.Pour the yogurt mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

4.Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.

5.Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
