1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and lightly grease a baking sheet.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cumin, coriander, and turmeric.

3.Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the buttermilk and olive oil.

4.Mix the ingredients together until a dough forms. Knead the dough gently for a few minutes until it becomes smooth.
