Ingredients
In this Costa Rican adaptation, the traditional Indian spices like cumin, coriander, and garam masala are replaced with tropical flavors such as pineapple juice, lime zest, and cilantro. 1.In a bowl, combine the pineapple juice, lime zest, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, and a pinch of salt.

2.Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
