1.In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, dill, mint, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.

2.Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the flour and baking powder. Mix until everything is evenly incorporated.

3.Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium heat.

4.Take a tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into a small patty. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

5.Carefully place the patties into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

6.In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, mint, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
