Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Spaghetti — Cook the spaghetti until al dente to ensure it retains a slight bite and doesn't become mushy.
  • Tomato sauce — Use a good quality tomato sauce or make your own for a more flavorful base.
  • Mozzarella cheese — Shred the cheese yourself for better melting and texture.
  • Pepperoni — Opt for high-quality pepperoni slices with a good balance of spice and smokiness.
  • Herbs and spices — Feel free to adjust the amount of herbs and spices according to your taste preferences.

Tips & Tricks

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the pepperoni and add your favorite vegetables such as mushrooms, zucchini, or spinach.
  • Customize the toppings to your liking by adding additional ingredients such as cooked sausage, bacon, or jalapenos.
  • To achieve a crispier crust, broil the Pizza-Ghetti for a couple of minutes at the end of the baking time.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
  • Serve the Pizza-Ghetti with a side of garlic bread or a fresh green salad for a complete meal.

Serving advice

Serve the Pizza-Ghetti hot, straight from the oven. Cut it into squares or wedges and garnish with fresh basil leaves for an extra touch of freshness.

Presentation advice

Present the Pizza-Ghetti on a large serving platter, allowing the layers of spaghetti, cheese, and toppings to be visible. The vibrant colors of the ingredients will make the dish visually appealing.
