1.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2.In a large pot of boiling water, cook the octopus for 30 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

3.In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until translucent.
