Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

2.In a bowl, combine the cooked and flaked fish, chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh dill, fresh parsley, ground turmeric, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

3.Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares or triangles.

4.Place a spoonful of the fish mixture onto each pastry square or triangle, then fold the pastry over to form a triangle or rectangle shape. Press the edges firmly to seal.

5.Brush the tops of the pastries with the beaten egg wash.
