1.In a bowl, combine the Kodava chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt to make a marinade.

2.Make diagonal cuts on both sides of the pomfret fish and rub the marinade all over the fish, ensuring it gets into the cuts as well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
