Preparation

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the pork cubes and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the pork from the pot and set aside.

2.In the same pot, add the chopped onion and sliced bell peppers. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.

3.Add the minced garlic, diced tomatoes, sweet paprika, caraway seeds, dried thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

4.Return the browned pork to the pot and pour in the chicken or vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the pork is tender.
