Ingredients
In this Lower Saxon adaptation of Yakisoba, we incorporate ingredients and flavors commonly found in Lower Saxon cuisine. The original Japanese Yakisoba typically uses soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Japanese spices. However, in this Lower Saxon version, we replace the soy sauce with a local dark beer, which adds a rich and malty flavor to the dish. Additionally, we incorporate traditional Lower Saxon vegetables such as kale and turnips, giving the dish a unique regional twist. 1.Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
