Ingredients
In this adaptation, we infuse the traditional French Aligot with Singaporean Chinese flavors. While the original Aligot primarily uses French cheeses like Tomme and Gruyère, our recipe incorporates a blend of local Singaporean Chinese cheeses, such as Red Leicester and Cheddar. Additionally, we add garlic and onions to enhance the flavors and give it a touch of Asian influence. We alse have the original recipe for Aligot, so you can check it out.
