1.Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, granulated sugar, alternative sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.

3.In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy. Add the frothy egg whites to the almond flour mixture and stir until a sticky dough forms.
