1.In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

2.Slowly add the semolina to the simmering milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

3.Reduce the heat to low and cook the mixture, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes or until it thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan.

4.Stir in the Lombard honey, ground cardamom, and a pinch of salt. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

5.Remove the pan from heat and let the Aseeda cool slightly.

6.Divide the Aseeda into serving bowls and garnish with toasted Lombard almonds.
