1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.

2.In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, flour, baking powder, beaten eggs, milk, vegetable oil, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
