Ingredients
In this Welsh-inspired version of blini, we incorporate Welsh ingredients and flavors to give the dish a distinct Welsh twist. Instead of using traditional Russian toppings like caviar or sour cream, we use Welsh cheese and leeks to add a unique flavor profile.
