1.In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sliced red chili. Mix well.

2.Add the sliced pork to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

3.Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
