Treat your ingredients with care...
- Pork loin — For best results, choose lean pork loin and slice it thinly against the grain to ensure tenderness.
- Cat's ear greens — If cat's ear greens are not available, you can substitute with water spinach or bok choy for a similar taste and texture.
- Oyster sauce — If you have a shellfish allergy, you can replace oyster sauce with hoisin sauce or soy sauce for a different flavor profile.
Tips & Tricks
- To achieve extra crispy pork, make sure the oil is hot enough before frying.
- If you prefer a spicier dish, add more sliced chili or sprinkle some chili flakes.
- Serve the dish immediately to maintain the crispiness of the pork.
