In this Tasmanian adaptation, we substitute traditional Mexican ingredients with Tasmanian ones. Instead of using regular honey, we incorporate Tasmanian honey, which adds a unique floral sweetness. 1.In a bowl, combine the rabbit meat, Tasmanian honey, ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the meat is evenly coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for enhanced flavor.

3.Take a slice of Tasmanian bacon and wrap it around a piece of marinated rabbit meat. Secure with a toothpick.
