1.In a large pot, place the corned beef, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric powder, and minced garlic. Add enough water to cover the corned beef.

2.Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2-3 hours until the corned beef is tender.

3.Remove the corned beef from the pot and let it cool slightly. Slice the corned beef thinly.
