Ingredients

1.In a small bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until the yeast becomes frothy.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.

3.Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.

4.Mix the ingredients together until a dough forms.

5.Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

6.Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
