Preparation

1.In a pot, bring the water to a boil.

2.Add the Arab-inspired spiced noodle seasoning packet, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, and saffron threads to the boiling water. Stir well to combine.

3.Add the shredded chicken or beef and mixed vegetables to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

4.Break the instant noodles into smaller pieces and add them to the pot. Cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the noodles are cooked through.

5.Remove the pot from heat and let it sit for 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

6.Give the noodle bowl a final stir and serve hot.
