-

Treat your ingredients with care...
- Ham — Use leftover ham or purchase pre-diced ham from the deli section for convenience.
- Bell peppers — Choose firm and brightly colored bell peppers for the best flavor and texture.
- Cheddar cheese — Opt for sharp cheddar cheese for a stronger flavor, or use a milder variety if preferred.
- Fresh cilantro — Rinse the cilantro thoroughly and pat it dry before chopping to remove any dirt or moisture.
Tips & Tricks
- For a spicier omelet, increase the amount of cayenne pepper or add a dash of hot sauce.
- Customize the omelet by adding other ingredients such as mushrooms, spinach, or diced tomatoes.
- Serve the omelet with a side of salsa or sour cream for extra flavor.
- If you prefer a softer omelet, cook it for a shorter time and ensure the eggs are still slightly runny when folding.
- Experiment with different types of cheese, such as pepper jack or Swiss, to vary the flavor.
