Preparation

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2.Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

3.In a small bowl, combine the gochugaru, chipotle sauce, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, cumin, paprika, dried oregano, and salt. Mix well to form a paste.

4.Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and pour the spice paste over them. Gently toss the tofu to coat it evenly with the sauce.

5.Reduce the heat to low and simmer the tofu for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the tofu absorbs the flavors.
