4.Place a 10-inch (25cm) cast-iron skillet or oven-safe pan in the preheated oven for 10 minutes to heat.

5.Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven and pour the batter into it.

6.Return the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown and crispy on the edges.
