1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a financier mold or a muffin tin.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the ground almonds, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and almond extract. Mix well until smooth.

3.In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

4.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the almond mixture, stirring until just combined.

5.Pour the batter into the prepared mold or muffin tin, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
