Preparation

1.In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the fregola pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2.In a separate large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

3.Add the clams to the pot and pour in the white wine. Cover the pot and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the clams have opened.
