Preparation

1.In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, pomegranate molasses, and cornstarch. Mix well until the cornstarch is dissolved.

2.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground sumac, and cayenne pepper. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3.Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.

4.Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken and stir to coat. Add the water and honey, then reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

5.Stir in the sesame oil and green onions. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
