Preparation

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped onion, grated coconut, green chilies, minced garlic, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well to form a uniform filling.

2.In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough is formed.

3.Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.

4.Place a spoonful of the tuna filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges of the circle to seal the filling and form a dumpling shape.
