Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Tuna — Ensure that the tuna is fresh and finely chopped for the best texture in the patties.
  • Grated coconut — Use freshly grated coconut for its natural sweetness and texture.

Tips & Tricks

  • For an extra kick of heat, add a pinch of chili flakes to the mixture.
  • Serve the patties with a side of tangy tamarind chutney for a burst of flavor.
  • If fresh tuna is not available, you can use canned tuna as a substitute.
  • To make the patties more crispy, you can coat them in breadcrumbs before frying.
  • These patties can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Just reheat them in the oven before serving.
