Preparation

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

2.Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

3.Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute.

4.Add the turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder to the pan, and cook for a minute to release the flavors.

5.Add the chicken or lamb pieces to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
