Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a 9-inch tart tin with it.

3.In a mixing bowl, combine the muscovado sugar and evaporated milk. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

4.Pour the filling into the prepared pastry shell.

5.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set and golden brown on top.
