The traditional Swedish recipe has been modified to include local ingredients and spices, resulting in a unique twist on the classic cookie. The Pomeranian Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies offer a delightful combination of sweet raspberry jam and a buttery cookie dough, capturing the essence of Pomeranian culinary traditions. 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
