1.In a saucepan, combine the water, milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.

2.In a separate large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the semolina and cook, stirring constantly, until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.

3.Slowly pour the milk mixture into the semolina, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

4.Reduce the heat to low and cook the mixture, stirring frequently, until it thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan. This should take about 10-15 minutes.
