1.Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.

4.In the same skillet, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

5.In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper.

6.In the same skillet, pour the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked to your desired consistency.
