1.Grate the corn kernels from the cobs using a box grater or a food processor.

2.In a large bowl, combine the grated corn, sugar, cinnamon, salt, milk, and melted butter. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3.Take a soaked corn husk and place a spoonful of the corn mixture in the center. Fold the sides of the husk over the filling, then fold the bottom of the husk up to enclose the filling. Secure with a piece of kitchen twine or a strip of corn husk.

4.Repeat the process with the remaining corn husks and filling.

5.Place the wrapped humitas in a steamer basket and steam for 30-40 minutes, or until the filling is cooked through and firm.
