Preparation

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, coconut milk, and salt. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

2.In a separate bowl, combine the shrimp, diced pineapple, ginger, garlic, turmeric, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if desired). Mix well to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.

3.Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is about 1/8 inch thick. Cut out circles using a round cookie cutter or a glass.
