Preparation

    In a large non-stick pan, heat the whole milk over medium heat until it comes to a gentle boil.

    Reduce the heat to low and add the ricotta cheese, condensed milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to the pan. Stir well to combine.

    Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan. This should take approximately 30-40 minutes.
